Thank you for making my tour booking easy & smooth. You have been very helpful.

The trip to beijing was great. We truly enjoyed the nature, food, architecture & culture. The visit to the masjid around beijing was excellent too. We also met many good helpful people.

Our driver mr shuan is a very experienced driver & our guide, Tina, is very nice & accommodating. However, one thing that i didn' t appreciate was our guide's relentless effort to try to change/shorten the itinerary. Even though she didn't get her way, her efforts did cause some discomfort.

Thank you again for planning a great trip for me & my family.

Assalamoalikum Hanna,

We reached home safely after our wonderful holiday in China... Thanks in large part to you and your company's superb organization of our tour.

My personal opinion is:

1. Guides

All the guides, except Vicky in Beijing, were very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Their local knowledge and flexibility in accommodating our various requests were well appreciated.

2. Hotels and Cruise

All the hotels and cruise accommodations were five stars. The hotels were located centrally. Breakfast which was included in the package was excellent.

3. Transportation and Drivers

Our interactions with the drivers were very limited due to the language barrier. However, all the drivers were courteous, friendly, helpful, presentable and knowledgeable about the roads and routes.

The vehicles were clean, spacious and comfortable. The only issue which we can think of is that the luggage space in all the vehicles was a bit tight. We managed to fit all our bags in them but an extra bag could have created a problem. They were just about perfect for a party of for travellers with one bag each.

4. Food

We understand that the choice of food was greatly limited due to the requirement of it being halal. We did not mind the selection of restaurants. They were all decent. The only problem we had was that during the first couple of days we were presented with set meals, some of which were not suited to our tastes. After that we told the guides to let us make the selection from the menu with the understanding that if we were to cross the meal allowance, we would pay the difference.

The other option we exercised on some occasions was to accept the cash meal allowance and arrange our own meals.

We were satisfied with the above two options as it gave us flexibility.

Overall, we were highly satisfied with your services. We would certainly use your company again as well as recommend it to others.

My group and I are happy to be home in Singapore today.

We were all so excited about this trip and to see China.

Thanks for arranging the itinerary and all the logistics involved for this.

We all had a marvellous time and fun and enjoyed the sights and food.

BEIJING........With our guide Tina who was there to receive us and again to safely send us to the railway station for journey to Xian. She was knowledgable and shared the Chinese history of the places we visited. Amazing city and places and we were enthralled. Food was good and we enjoyed and happy too that we got to see the mosque and offer prayers there.

XIAN......With Lulu the bully guide again had so much to share about stories of Xian. The Terra Cotta warriors was an experience. The Muslim quarter and mosque and surrounding shops were really interesting.

GUILIN.......With Ray our male guide. Interesting to learn about this place of 1 M population and offering scenic locations. The best part was the  4 hour boat cruise and the Reef Flute Cave. We also enjoyed a morning stroll in front of our hotel of the Lakes of Banyan and Fur.

SHAGHAI.......Despite being there just for a day, Judy gave us much information of the city and its people and the sights around. Indeed it looks like a city in UK or US. We were amazed at the city skyline and the Bund Area and old Shanghai.

On the whole we were happy with the tours. Yes there is a lot of walking. We wished the drivers could come nearer to drop and pick us. We were really tired and lots of stairs too.

This is the feedback from my whole group.

Hanna appreciate your help and will surely want to come back to Shanghai and also see others parts of China again.
