Xi’an Tongshengxiang Restaurant was first built in 1920, located at the Bell & Drum Tower Square which lies in the center of Xi’an city.

Tongshengxiang Restaurant mainly serves Yangrou Paomo, and also provides traditional Muslim’s feast, local delicacies and sea food and other nearly three hundred different kinds of dishes. On the first floor, we provides Xi’an Muslim’s local delicacies; on the second and third floor, you are provided Yangrou Paomo and Muslim’s feast; and in the forth floor, we firstly provides Qin Chuan hot pot and good sea food. And also you can reserve Muslim’s banquet, local delicacies banquet, meeting board and touring board here. Especially Yangrou Paomo is famous for its soft beef or mutton, thick soup and appetizing flavor. 

There are many famous and skillful cooks at Tongshengxiang Restaurant. During the initial stage of the founding of China, Mr Chen Shengjie was assigned to cook the Yangrou Paomo for the state banquet in Beijng.
